ACLU Donation Postcard

This mock postcard was developed using variable data, allowing name, address, and image customization for each unit. I chose to design a Thank you for your donation postcard for the ACLU, as it is a well-recognized and respectable organization.

I varied the postcard owner's name, address, image (based on their state of residency), and front-of-postcard design depending on donation amount. Throughout this process, I advanced my skills in Microsoft Excel and Adobe InDesign to develop a modern and personable postcard.

The donation amount variation was actually listed as C or T under "drink preference." Since I was working with an Excel document of made-up individuals provided to me, I took creative liberties to adjust C as meaning over $250 and T as under $250 donations.

The Final Product

The final postcard design drew inspiration from existing ACLU branding, including the navy and yellow color palette as well as the organization logo. Personal choices included typefaces and image choices for both the front and back of the postcard.
